An integrated approach to sustainable employment in manufacturing social enterprise

With the project proposal aims at creating a new type social enterprise for production of bread and pastries, self-sustaining economic and provides employment for at least 12 persons, representatives of social groups - unemployed young people with disabilities and unemployed up to 29 years after initial consultation working with a psychologist and a social worker to help about a forthcoming employment, organized selection of wishing and support will appoint an employment of 12 persons positions - worker confectionery production and manufacturer manual bread. In the first months of his employment persons will rely on mentoring support of the Foundation appointed three persons mentors along. For successful adaptation of youth and basic skills will organize vocational training for acquiring part of the profession Baker-confectioner in two specialties Production of bread and bakery products and confectionery within 300 study hours and successful socialization will be included in KK6 "Social and civic competences". Applying the lessons learned there will be made of suitably equipped and furnished jobs with kitchen facilities, utensils, tools, materials and supplies for the start of production. Purchased and insured equipment will be delivered in rented premises, supported by commensurate kind overheads. The management will be trained in enterprise and entrepreneurship in WET administrative services and KK7. After starting the bread- and pastry-production it will be organized study of demand and opportunities for marketing the manufactured confectionery and bakery products specialist appointed for the purpose. For the realization of planned activities and targets it will form a team of Organization and Management, observes the progress of the project and considering the outcomes achieved and indicators. It will arrange sufficient publicity with appropriate visualization to accommodate the resulting contribution of the EU and ESF for implementation of the project idea.
