Creating a social enterprise "Sewing workshop Atelier - New Chance"

The establishment and operation of the social enterprise "Atelier-New Chance Workshop" is based on an innovative form of social service combining social and economic goals.The project creates real conditions for: 1.Social inclusion and improvement of the quality of life of the people from the target groups by ensuring the marketing of the created production. 2. Providing employment and moving to the real labor market of the persons from the target groups; 3. Creating a sustainable model and good practice of a social enterprise as part of the process of developing social entrepreneurship The project promotes social positive changes that meet social needs.Providing employment for vulnerable groups in society helps to overcome social exclusion and reduces the risk of poverty and social exclusion, and sustainability of social policy measures.The target group of the project are people with lower competitiveness on the labor market, young people leaving homes for children deprived of parental care and persons over 54 years of age.The objectives will be achieved through the social integration of economically inactive people of working age from vulnerable groups into the labor market, investing in knowledge and skills, which will provide a competitive start for the newly created social enterprise and provide a good working environment to achieve to maximize the impact between the use of human resources and qualification obtained. Through the implementation of the project activities the following measurable results will be achieved:social inclusion and improvement of the quality of life of 10 persons from the target group, raising the knowledge and skills of these persons and the added value of the project will be to increase the social integration and realization of these persons.The project implements the horizontal principles set out in the Operational Program
