A new opportunity for development through the creation of social enterprise for repair and maintenance of cars

The presented project focuses on one of the most current problems for our country related to access to employment through the creation of a social enterprise for repair and maintenance of cars and opening of new jobs in Montana. The project will be implemented in the territory of Northwest Bulgaria, which according to EUROSTAT is among the poorest regions in the EU. The proposal aims to provide conditions for effective work, professional realization and sustainable employment of unemployed persons with lower competitiveness on the labor market, namely long-term unemployed and inactive persons, unemployed youths and unemployed over 54 years of age. The main idea for starting a social activity in an enterprise is to support a social sphere of activity and to ensure the employment of people at risk of long-term unemployment or social exclusion. The objectives of the project will be achieved through the following activities: 1: Establishment of a social enterprise through the establishment of a material base, provision of labor for the newly recruited unemployed, provision of equipment for the new jobs in Severo OOD; 2: Selection and employment of unemployed persons from the target groups; 3: Appointment Team of the social enterprise; 4: Psychological support and motivation of the participants for inclusion in employment; 5: Employer's mentoring activity for newly-enrolled persons; 6: Activities to promote the social economy and social marketing of the social enterprise. The social enterprise will strengthen social cohesion and inclusion, will primarily aim to meet social needs and needs in the general interest, meet the increasing demands of citizens for ethical behavior that is more responsible to people, the environment, social standards and social . Sustained retention of at least 50% of newly recruited employees is foreseen for 6 months after completion of the project activities.
