Social company "Workshop for souvenirs and jewelry made of wood"

The main objective of the project is creation and development of social enterprise "Workshop for souvenirs and jewelry made of wood" to facilitate access to employment and to provide support for social inclusion of vulnerable population groups by creation of appropriate conditions for their professional integration into the social economy. To achieve this objective, the project will fulfill these main activities: 1. Establishment of social company team "Workshop for souvenirs and jewelry made of wood" . 2. Psychological support and motivation of 20 persons from vulnerable groups for inclusion in employment. 3. Social and professional integration of 20 persons from vulnerable groups in the social economy sector; 4. Equipment installation for created job positions; 5. Provision for 20 unemployed people with lower opportunities at labor market for 12 months; 6. Provision of mentors for newly recruited members of vulnerable groups; 7.Market research for manufactured products. 8. Social marketing and promotion of the social economy and social entrepreneurship. Other activities are planned for the organization and management of the project, as well as activities regarding public information. Through the project lifetime of 15 months the publicity rules will be followed. The planned project activities will support the social inclusion of the target group - 20 persons at a disadvantage on the labor market and other socially excluded persons. All activities meet the objectives and priorities of this procedure and support their implementation.
