Stimulating of the social inclusion and integration of 36 labor-market disadvantaged persons and other persons in social exclusion through employment at a newly established social enterprise

The present project proposal is motivated by the necessity for creation of actual conditions for personal and professional realization, ensured support and assistance to 36 labor-market disadvantaged persons and other persons in social exclusion, as created an opportunity for development of their personal potential and contributed to their social inclusion and integration.Main objective of the project proposal is to facilitate the access to employment and to ensure support for social inclusion of vulnerable groups through establishment of "Social Enterprise in the sphere of sewing industry". The project duration is 17 months with following activities:1.Project management; 2. Information and communication;3.Selection of representatives of the target groups for work at the social enterprise;4.Establishment and functioning of a "Social Enterprise in the sphere of sewing industry" and ensuring of employment for 12 months,generating support for recovery of labor habits,skills for self-dependency and social inclusion for 36 people of the vulnerable groups;5. Procurement of equipment /non-current tangible assets/, material and supplies for creation of 36 jobs for newly hired persons of target groups at the social enterprise;6.Establishment of Center for Social support and Motivation to the social enterprise. The implementation of the project will have the following results: new successful model of social enterprise created in Simitli,professional integration and sustainable jobs for persons of vulnerable groups;Center for Social support and Motivation established whose purpose is to assist the social inclusion of the vulnerable groups for transition to the real labor market and facilitate their access to employment,as well as providing with supporting and motivating services.
