"Promoting social inclusion of vulnerable groups at a disadvantage on the labor market in the newly established social enterprise of" Progress 333 "Ltd."

The main objective of the project proposal is to facilitate access to employment and to provide support to social inclusion of vulnerable groups through the creation of social enterprise in the field of restaurant management from the candidate organization "PROGRESS 333" LTD. The project duration is 15 months, the main project activities include:Activity of organization and management of the project;Activity of information and publicity;Creating a social enterprise /Dining facility/ and providing employment for a period of 12 months, generating support for recovery work habits, skills for self-sufficiency and social inclusion of 31 persons from vulnerable target groups;Purchase of equipment /materials/ related to the creation of new work places for the newly employed in social enterprise representatives of vulnerable groups;Establishing and developing a "Center for support and motivation" to the social enterprise supporting the social inclusion of target groups in order to create conditions and opportunities in the highest degree for participation of the supported people in social life;Conduction of professional training of second qualification degree with duration 600 training hours of Profession “Cooker” code:811070 for 11 persons and Profession "Waiter-Bartender", code:811080 for 14 perons representatives of the target group;Performing research and analysis of the demand and opportunities for realization of the provided services. The objectives and activities in the project proposal aimed at achieving the following results:A new successful model of social enterprise in the city of Blagoevgrad,professional integration and sustainable jobs for people from vulnerable groups;Created "Centre for support and motivation" aimed promoting social inclusion of target groups for transition to real labor market and facilitate their access to employment.
