"Social inclusion and professional integration and employment of vulnerable groups by creating a new social enterprise / enterprise for passenger`s taxi transport/ in the sphere of social economy"

The project is aimed to create a social enterprise in response to the needs of disadvantaged people in the labor market and other socially excluded people. The main motive is justified by the need for creating conditions for personal and professional development provided support and assistance for the target groups, enabling the development of personal potential,assistance in the process of social inclusion and social reintegration. The main objective of the project is to facilitate access to employment and provide support for social inclusion of vulnerable groups by creating a social enterprise with gemeral activity passenger`s taxi transport. The project duration is 17 months. Main project activities are: Activity of project organization and management;Information and publicity; Selection of target groups; Creating a new social enterprise and providing employment for 39 vulnerable unemployed for a period of 12 months; Purchase of equipment, furniture, tangible fixed assets; Establishing and developing a “Center for support and integration" to the social enterprise. The project implementation will lead to the following results: A new successful model of social enterprise at the base of which is enshrined achievement of the important social objectives related to improving the welfare of vulnerable people and opportunities for their development in all spheres of social and public life; professional integration and opened new 39 sustainable working places for people from vulnerable target groups; Created “Center for support and integration" promoting social inclusion of target groups for transition to real labor market and facilitate their access to employment, providing supporting and motivating measures and achieving social effect directed to the target groups.
