Providing part-time care for the elderly, the lonely and needy by creating a social enterprise.

The current project proposal presents the idea of offering services to lonely and elderly in need people. For the purpose the applicant will create a social enterprise to provide support for the representatives of a vulnerable group of “disadvantaged people and other socially excluded persons". SELANA Ltd. Is registered enterprise with a code of economic activity 70.22.” "Business and economy consultancy" in 2006. Using the opportunity given by the procedure and after the project is approved, the applicant will establish a social enterprise registered in ASP as a provider of social services. The project will open eight new working positions. Six of them will be from the target group. The management team of the social enterprise will be set up as: a manager and an accountant both with many years of professional experience and competencies that will organize transparent and optimal financing the project. According the revealed analysis there is a large group of unemployed persons over the age of 54, socially engaged with good personal qualities and willing to retrain to carry out social work were found on the labor market in the Shumen region. There are also unemployed youths up to 29 years of age who would have the same social functions. In accordance with the objectives of the social enterprise, training will be provided for four of the employees - part-time training of three of them and training on key competence 4 "Digital competence" for one person. For the implementation of the activities and the organization of the work process, which is connected with daily trips in the city and settlements from the area is envisaged the purchase of appropriate equipment: a smartphone, a car and creating a site . In order to ensure healthy and safe working conditions a contract will be signed with an occupational medicine company. The requirements of OPHRD for information and communication activities will be met.
