Social Enterprise “Car Wash Station and Cafe "Saglasie" - Shumen"

The project aim is to provide access to employment and the opportunity for social inclusion of persons from vulnerable groups on the labor market by creating of Sustainable Social Enterprise (SE) “Car Wash Station and Cafe "Saglasie" - Shumen. The SE will be a new business activity to the existing company "Mavista" Ltd. Activities:1.Creation of the "Car wash and Cafe"Saglasie";2.Psychological support and motivation of persons from vulnerable groups for inclusion in employment;3.Selection and appointment of a SE team and support staff;4.Assessment, selection and appointment of persons from the target groups and mentors;5.Supply of equipment, materials and consumables for the activity of the SE;6.Support for the employment process and functioning of the SE;7.Social and professional integration of the employees from vulnerable groups. The target group is: long-term unemployed;unemployed youths;unemployed over the age of 54;unemployed with basic or lower education,without a profession. In order to achieve the primary motivation, 20 persons from the target group will be trained. After selection, 13 of them who passed the motivation course will be appointed to the SE for 12 months as follows: 8 Workers in Car Wash,2 Bartenders,2 Waiters,1 Hygienist. Two experienced people from the target group will be involved as mentors-one for the Car Wash and one for the Cafe. In the SE will also be appointed: Manager, Accountant, Technical Support, Consultants-Lawyer, Psychologist and Social Work Expert. "Mavista" Ltd. will provide own equipment for the activity of the SE, which includes: 4 separate cells for Car wash, a machine room, a changing room, a personal room for the staff, a cafe, lavatories, a store-room, 2 offices and a conference hall. The necessary equipment, materials and consumables will be purchased by the project, for the activity of SE. After the project completion, the SE will continue its activity, with a minimum of 7 people from the target group at least 6 months.
