Creating a municipal social enterprise "Home Care Service" in Dalgopol

The project aims to facilitate access to employment and support for social inclusion through professional integration of disabled and disadvantaged people in the municipality Municipality. The overall objective will be achieved through Specific objective 1: Creating a municipal social enterprise to support professional development and providing employment to people with disabilities and disadvantaged in the labor market; Specific Objective 2: Creating conditions for supporting social entrepreneurship and increase the effectiveness of social enterprises by developing skills and competencies of people employed in municipal social enterprise. To achieve the goals the project proposal will create a social enterprise "Home social services" in Dalgopol municipality. The existing capacity of the service is extremely insufficient and space for food preparation are badly worn. At the same time greater the percentage of disadvantaged people in the labor market. Within the project proposal will provide sustainable employment of 32 persons from the project target groups, some of them will continue their work after its completion. In the frame of the project will create a good technical base for provision of Home Care and Social assistant. The created site of the municipal social enterprise within the project will contribute to the promotion of social entrepreneurship and facilitate access to social services through information provided and opportunities for the electronic receipt of applications to users.
