Creating a Leader furniture social enterprise and providing support for the social inclusion of vulnerable groups

The project implemented in order to create a new social enterprise in the structure of Leader Construction Ltd. and to provide support for the social inclusion of vulnerable groups by creating appropriate conditions for their professional integration in the sphere of the social economy.The project will be implemented over a period of 15 months, providing employment and conditions for social and professional integration of 12 persons from vulnerable social groups for a period of 12 months. under the project will be employed by the following target groups: persons with disabilities, unemployed up to 29 years, unemployed over 54 years and unemployed persons with basic or lower education and without professional qualification. The activities to be carried out are related to the identification and selection of 12 persons for work in the social enterprise, establishment and functioning of a social enterprise, creation of a Center for Complex Services, purchase of equipment, social marketing and promotion of social entrepreneurship and social economy.The main objective of the project proposal is to facilitate access to employment and to support the social inclusion of vulnerable groups through the creation of a social enterprise in the field of furniture production. The objectives and activities set out in the project proposal aim to achieve the following results: a new successful model of a social enterprise was established in the territory of Sofia. The project is aimed at providing a set of measures aimed at achieving social activity of the newly created social enterprise to achieve maximum social impact for the target groups - employment, professional realization and opportunity for social inclusion of 12 persons from the target groups.
