"Social Entrepreneurship for Growth and Development of the Municipality of Kubrat"

The project focuses on the creation of a new social enterprise, which will bring about the development of social entrepreneurship on the territory of Kubrat Municipality. The enterprise's activities are aimed at improving the quality of life of vulnerable groups and ensuring the implementation of municipal public works and landscaping activities necessary to meet the needs of the municipality or its population. The project proposal envisages the realization of activities for psychological assistance, motivation, social and professional integration of persons from vulnerable groups in order to encourage their participation in the labor market and to create skills for successful work placement and / or adaptation to the working conditions in their inclusion in employment. The following activities are envisaged: 1. Inform and select the persons involved in the project 2. Providing motivational training and providing psychological support to persons from vulnerable groups for inclusion in employment; 3. Conducting training sessions aiming at the social and professional integration of representatives of the vulnerable groups 4. Conducting vocational training of 16 persons for the improvement of the professional qualification in the group "Worker in the landscaping" of the first group 5. Conducting vocational training of 16 persons for the improvement of the professional qualification in the "Second Aid group" 6. Establishment of a social enterprise with activity greening and planning and team appointment 7. Support for employment for a period of 12 months 8.Promoting the social economy and social entrepreneurship.
