Social and occupational integration of persons in risk groups by providing employment in a social enterprise

With the implementation of the project "Social and professional integration of persons from risk groups through employment in a social enterprise", 32 persons from the target group will be employed in the territory of the municipality of Opaka within one year. A social enterprise will be created with two directions: "Landscaping and Public Works" and "Social Activities" - provision of social service Home Assistant. According to the envisaged activities of the project will be organized and carried out motivation training, vocational training in the profession "Landscaping Worker", specialty "Landscaping and Floriculture" of 16 persons for acquiring first degree of professional qualification, which will work in the first direction and training on Key Competence 6 "Public and Citizenship Competencies" of 16 persons who will be in the position of Home Assistant. The project proposal "Social and professional integration of persons from risk groups through employment in a social enterprise" is aimed on the one hand to preserve and improve the environment of the middle and municipal property and on the other to provide a social service to people with disabilities and their families to reduce the consequences of social exclusion and poverty. Activities of social and professional integration of representatives of vulnerable groups are also envisaged in order to facilitate adaptation to the new jobs and the team in the social enterprise. Social services will be selected for the provision of the social service and the contract will be concluded with the beneficiaries. Through the established social enterprise, the living standards of the vulnerable groups will be improved by providing employment and providing support, the ultimate result being their effective social inclusion in society.
