Development of social entrepreneurship in tourism services trough access to employment and social including in SOCIAL TRAVEL LTD

The main objective of the project is to bring about social inclusion and integration of persons belonging to vulnerable groups, by implementing the following activities: provision of access to employment for disabled and disadvantaged people in the labor market, as well as providing support for social inclusion of people with special needs by providing tourist services. The exclusion of people with disabilities in the areas of public life hardens marginalization groups in tourism and their ability to fully participate in cultural life and choices for entertainment and recreation. Tourist services in Bulgaria do not offer packages geared entirely to people with physical disabilities. Currently tourism trips for people with special needs organized by individuals, mostly from relatives own transport as a tourist service is limited to the accommodation places for people with disabilities. Improving the quality of tourist services in Bulgaria and providing access to employment through vocational integration of vulnerable groups will increase the standard of living and quality of life as well as representatives of the target group and persons with permanent physical disabilities. To achieve the stated aims "Social Travel" Ltd. will reveal 20 sustainable jobs for disabled and disadvantaged people in the labor market and other socially excluded persons who will be appointed to the following positions: organizer tourist agency, animator tourism, guide and social assistant. In order to ensure successful professional integration of newly hired persons will be provided vocational training for appointment to corresponding positions. For successful and effective occupation of the jobs will be purchased necessary equipment. The successful implementation of the project will contribute to accelerating the transition from unemployment to employment in the real economy.
