Providing employment in social enterprise - Samuil Municipality

The main objective of this project proposal is to facilitate access to employment and to provide support for social inclusion of 20 persons belonging to vulnerable groups (disabled and disadvantaged persons and other socially excluded persons) by creating appropriate conditions for their professional integration in the social economy field, particularly in social enterprise. With the implementation of project activities will invest in human capital through adequate measures to create 20 new jobs positions with long-term sustainability. The plan is to repair suitable premises, which is necessary for the operation of social enterprise and the new jobs positions, as well as support for employment for up to 12 months for 20 persons from the target group. Sustainability of results will be ensured through continued operation of social enterprise and preservation of 10 jobs. The project directly corresponds to set priorities and objectives of the Priority Axis No 2 "Reducing poverty and promote social inclusion"; IP 4 "Promoting social enterprises and the social and solidary in order to facilitate access to employment."
