Creating a municipal social enterprise "Beautification and Landscaping"

The project aims to facilitate access to employment and support for social inclusion through professional integration of disabled and disadvantaged people in the municipality of Dolni chiflik, which will be achieved through two specific objectives: Specific objective 1: Creating a municipal social enterprise to support professional development and providing employment to people with disabilities and disadvantaged in the labor market. To achieve project proposal envisages the creation of a social enterprise "Landscaping and gardening" in Dolni chiflik. So far sanitation of settlements is carried out by persons of temporary employment, and lack sustainable structure to carry out its activities. At the same time greater the percentage of disadvantaged people in the labor market. Within the project proposal will provide sustainable employment of 32 persons from the target groups within the project, some of them will continue their work and after its completion, will create a logistical base for the provision of services by sanitation of public areas and maintenance of the settlements. Specific Objective 2: Creating conditions for supporting social entrepreneurship and increase the effectiveness of social enterprises by developing skills and competencies of people employed in municipal social enterprise. To achieve the project proposal provides training on key competences of individuals engaged in social enterprise and creating a site of municipal social enterprise within the project, which will contribute to the promotion of social entrepreneurship and facilitate access to services via the provided information and opportunities for signaling for improper waste disposal, which will strengthen civilian control.
