“Developing a social enterprise and introducing an e-shop marketing strategy among disadvantaged people on the labor market and other socially excluded people.”

The project aims at creating a social enterprise that will produce hand-knit items from natural materials - wool, cotton, silk. For this purpose, 37 persons, over 90% of whom are disadvantaged on the labor market, will be recruited under labor contracts.Most of the representatives of the target group will be offered telework, after passing a short instruction for safe and quality performance of their work. On the other hand, the implementation of the project envisages: the development of an "online shop", aimed at promoting the goods produced by the Social Enterprise, as well as their market realization. The "Online Store" will operate in 2 languages - Bulgarian and English, which will contribute to greater advertising and quicker acquaintance of potential customers with the products produced by the Social Enterprise. During the implementation of the project, a survey will be carried out on demand and opportunities for market realization of manufactured goods. Social marketing of the project is planned to be used, which will include: promotion of the social economy and social entrepreneurship as a whole and its ever deeper penetration into the social life of the Republic of Bulgaria. Within this activity, events promoting social entrepreneurship and the social economy as well as the social effect of the social enterprise will be organized. In order to improve the advertising and marketing of the aforementioned events, the project envisages the use of various communication channels, namely: - Internet, electronic, printed, radio channels and others. The project envisages to rent a space that will serve as an office for the administrative management of the project and the enterprise; warehouse for the materials to be used in production; warehouse for finished products. It is envisaged the execution of construction works and the purchase of the respective office and storage equipment.
