Social enterprise for Public works and Urban development - Municipality of Nedelino

The project envisages the construction of a social enterprise that facilitates access to employment and supports social inclusion of vulnerable social groups, by laying the foundations of a new social enterprise. Provides a professional integration in the social economy inactive and unemployed people - mainly people with disabilities. The project builds on the activities and results of previous social projects of the candidate in social support social inclusion and career development of people with disabilities, inactive and unemployed. Its principal activity is connected with the provision of public services that are domestic difficulties and maintenance work on roads, public buildings, lawns, gardens and cemeteries, which are municipal property. The project guarantees social integration of individuals from target groups through actual involvement in the labor market and participation in the life of the labor force. Social enterprise is ensured staffing, restore or acquire new work habits; training is being provided by the mentor. Achieved overcoming the poverty line for families of employees in the social enterprise. Enter the model of local social capital and optimization of municipal expenditures. The project provided support and motivation services for people in the target groups.
