Social entrepreneurship - a solution for overcoming poverty

The project aims to provide solutions to the problems facing society, especially in combating poverty and social exclusion among vulnerable groups in the municipality of Pomorie by inclusion and professional integration in a social enterprise. Specific objectives: 1) To start new social enterprise in the municipality of Pomorie, providing employment for disadvantaged persons in the labor market and other socially excluded persons engaged in construction; 2) To provide support for social inclusion through the creation of appropriate conditions for professional integration and employment of 32 persons with disadvantage on the labor market and other socially excluded persons from the region of Pomorie Municipality. The project goals will be achieved through the following activities: 1. Psychological support and motivation of individuals from vulnerable groups for inclusion in employment 2. Equipment of newly created jobs 3. Support for employment for a period of 12 months 4. Social and professional integration of members of vulnerable groups in the social economy sector, including ensuring mentor for new employees by the employer 5. Social Marketing and promotion of the social economy and social entrepreneurship By thus makred strategy of work, we expect the creation of new social enterprise in the field of construction, which will provide jobs for representatives of vulnerable groups, which unless guaranteed employment will acquire the necessary professional knowledge and skills through job training, psychological support and motivation. So chosen set of measures will allow participants to overcome negative social factors they are exposed and be able to independently develop their career - whether as employees of the social enterprise project or the open labor market.
