"Development of Social Entrepreneurship in the Municipality of Rakitovo, by Creating a Social Enterprise for Landscaping"

The implementation of the project proposal will create a social enterprise with activity of landscaping, which will provide employment for 32 persons from vulnerable groups from Rakitovo municipality and four administrative personnel for a period of 12 months. Through facilitated access to employment for vulnerable groups on the labor market coupled with social care for their adaptation and reintegration, the Rakitovo municipality strives to develop a functioning enterprise with a social cause and a clear prospect of development and achievement of the social goals it has set itself . The project proposal envisages the implementation of activities for psychological support, motivation, social and professional integration of persons from vulnerable groups in order to encourage their participation in the labor market and creates not the skills to successfully tackle the workplace and / or adapt to the working conditions when joining them in employment. Another main activity is organizing and conducting vocational training for the improvement of the professional qualification or acquisition of a new "Worker in Landscaping" profession, which is aimed at the social inclusion of the vulnerable groups by creating suitable conditions for their professional integration in the sphere of the social economy . During the implementation of the project an active activity will be carried out to promote the social economy and social entrepreneurship in accordance with the requirements of the OP "Human Resources Development" financing program.
