Municipal social enterprise "Social support, building and repair - Krumovgrad"

The project Municipal social enterprise "Social support, building and repair - Krumovgrad" will facilitate access to employment and will provide support for the social inclusion of vulnerable groups through the creation of appropriate conditions for their professional integration in the social economy. Lack of employment is a major cause of poverty and social exclusion in the municipality of Krumovgrad. This project will enable the training measures for acquiring the skills of vulnerable groups, acquisition of real labor and skills in the labor market, overcoming social isolation and boost their competitiveness in the workplace. Overall social economy performs socially specific features that can not be covered or are insufficiently developed by state and market. The activities for the project are consistent with the features of the social situation and the identified needs of the people in the target groups in the municipality. The project will provide employment to 31 persons disadvantaged in the labor market and other socially excluded persons. For this purpose, the implementation of the project will be created social enterprise, which will be appointed a total of 31 persons, 20 of position "Home Assistant" and 11 of position "Construction worker". Management and operation of the enterprise will be assigned a team of four specialists: Head of social enterprise, social worker, accountant/storekeeper and technical assistant-building. Support social entrepreneurship in the municipality of Krumovgrad will contribute to combating poverty and social exclusion by increasing employment and living standards.
