Development of social entrepreneurship in "Ariel 2015." Ltd.

Ariel 2015 Ltd was registered in 2015 year in Septemvri city. The company activity is production, packaging and distribution of bread and bakery products as a subcontractor for another brand. Since its inception Ariel 2015 Ltd. apply a socially responsible policy by attracting, recruiting and retaining employees from socially vulnerable groups - persons with special needs and persons disadvantaged on the labor market. For the last year the company has opened more than 80 new working places as recruitments are mostly unemployed and inactive persons from socially vulnerable groups. The enterprise management is continuously taking various measures to facilitate access to work and actively contributes for the effective social inclusion of its employees and their professional integration. It is provided a quality initial and subsequent training; mentor in the first months of employment; transportation to and from the workplace and other social benefits. The achieved results by Ariel 2015 Ltd. are indicative in the establishment of equal conditions of employment and social status for employees from vulnerable groups, through their fast adaptation and acquired professional skills, actively encouraging their personal and social development. Based on the experience of the company management derives the decision for creating a social enterprise as a separate unit, represented only by disadvantaged persons which will be provided with adequate working environment and equipment to be able to sustain itself and to generate profit. The implementation of this project proposal provides an excellent opportunity to Ariel 2015 Ltd. for subsidized establishment and development of social enterprise by opening 24 new working places for disadvantaged in the labor market, which will contribute to facilitating access to employment, it will provide support for their social inclusion and create conditions for their professional integration.
