Establishment of a New Social Enterprise "Maystorilnitsa" within TINCHEVI i CO LTD

TINCHEVI i CO LTD. was established in 2008. The Company’s code of economic activity is 69.20: accounting and auditing activities, tax consultancy. Through its accounting office, the Company provides accounting and consulting services and has an extensive experience in the implementation of national programs, projects and activities that aim to ensure employment for long-term unemployed citizens such as people with disabilities, young people under 29, people over 29 and seniors over 54 years. With the present project proposal TINCHEVI i CO LTD. aims to expand its current activities through the establishment of a new production unit within its structure - Social Enterprise "Maystorilnitsa" with a code of economic activity 32.99: other diverse production activities, elsewhere unclassified. For the needs of the production process in the social enterprise, the Company’s management plans to appoint 7 employees – 2 people will produce souvenirs, 3 people will craft ethnographic and folklore products and 2 people will make handmade embroidery. The main goals of the project proposal of the Company are: establishment of a new social enterprise and new jobs, facilitating the access to employment, purchase of machinery and equipment for the work of the newly appointed staff and ensuring sustainability by keeping 57.14% of the jobs for six months after the end of the project activities. Considering the nature of work, the project proposal is aimes at providing employment for people with disabilities (1 position), unemployed people with lower competitiveness in the labor market and unemployed people over 54 years (6 positions) – all of which are eligible target groups according to the present procedure. With the implementation of project activities the Company will also realize its planned goals.
