Development of social entrepreneurship in "Aksa1" Ltd.

The purpose of this project proposal is to facilitate access to employment and to support the social inclusion of vulnerable groups by creating the right conditions for their professional integration in the sphere of the social economy. For this purpose Axa 1 Ltd. will create a new social enterprise by starting a new activity - preparing and delivering healthy food. In order to achieve the above objectives, Aksa 1 EOOD will reveal 13 sustainable new jobs for disadvantaged people on the labor market, who will be appointed to the following positions: chef, sales consultant, sales representative, hygienist, head of social enterprise. The project target group is unemployed up to 29 years of age and over 54 years old. In order to ensure the successful professional integration of newly recruited persons, vocational training and training on key competences will be provided for the respective positions. The necessary equipment will be purchased for successful and efficient employment. The successful implementation of the project will contribute to accelerating the transition from unemployment to employment in a real economy. As a result of the provided employment, the acquired professional qualification and key competencies, the representatives of the target group will be able to provide quality services in the newly opened service - preparing and delivering healthy food. The service will be offered on the territory of Sofia.
