With the implementation of project activities will invest in human capital through adequate measures to create 23 new jobs positions with long-term sustainability. The main objective of this project proposal is to facilitate access to employment and to provide support for social inclusion of persons belonging to vulnerable groups (disabled and disadvantaged persons and other socially excluded persons) by creating appropriate conditions for their professional integration in the social economy field, particularly in social enterprise Single member limited liability company "social enterprise HELP" Ltd.. A purchase and delivery of equipment is planned, which is necessary for the operation of social enterprise and the new jobs positions, as well as support for employment for up to 12 months for 23 persons from the target group. In order to create appropriate conditions for their labor integration, psychological and motivational support is planned. Sustainability of results will be ensured through continued operation of social enterprise and preservation of 12 jobs The project directly corresponds to set priorities and objectives of the Priority Axis No 2 "Reducing poverty and promote social inclusion"; IP 4 "Promoting social enterprises and the social and solidary in order to facilitate access to employment."
