"Social Entrepreneurship - Social and Professional Integration of Persons from Vulnerable Groups in the Municipality of Kirkovo"

The project will create a municipal social enterprise that has a pronounced social effect on individuals from vulnerable social groups. The activities that will be carried out are landscaping, public works and provision of social services. Within the framework of the project will be organized and carried out motivational training, professional training in the profession "Landscaping Worker", specialty "Landscaping and Floriculture" of 16 persons for acquiring first degree of professional qualification and training on key competency 6 "Public and Civil Competencies "To 16 persons who will be in the position of Home Assistant. Improving skills and knowledge contributes to the successful realization of people in the labor market, to their retention and especially to the enhancement of their professional development opportunities. Another main activity is organizing and conducting training sessions focused on the development of social competencies in order to motivate the ambition of independence, self-assertion, self-expression, and personal growth of the most vulnerable part of society, namely people with special needs. The project will help to improve access to employment and overcome poverty and social exclusion by providing employment in the social enterprise for a period of 12 months to 32 persons from the target group.
