Social entrepreneurship for social integration in the municipality of Novi Pazar

Within the project is envisaged the development of the SE in the municipality of Novi Pazar through the creation of new municipal enterprise "Public utilities, landscaping and utilities," acc. Art. 52 and 53 of the MPL. The project focuses on facilitating access to employment and support for social inclusion of vulnerable groups in the municipality by creating appropriate conditions for their professional integration in the social economy. Planned activities will help to overcome existing obstacles so far for professional and personal development: Psychological support and motivation; Social and professional integration; relevant trainings KC Activity SE. It is envisaged the establishment of a management team of SE- Manager, Accountant, organizer working life that will not be representatives of the target groups, but will also pass training in KC. The total number of representatives of the target groups included is 33 people. Trainings KC are planned to provide the SE team of motivated to work and personal development employees. It is also planned purchasing of necessary equipment for the activities of the SE and repairs of office and its staff premises. After the project in SE will be provided employment to 6 monhts for min. 50% of those enrolled in subsidized employment representatives of the target group. SE will carry out activities on maintenance of public spaces in the 15 villages in Novi Pazar municipality and support services into the yards (cleaning bushes, branches, snow, ice) for single / elderly / poor people who do not use social support services at home. After completion of the project for these services will be paid a fee. In this regard will be made study of price levels for service and made pricing and marketing policy of the SE. The expected result is thus create a sustainable model for case studies of socio-economic life in the municipality of Novi Pazar.
