The project proposal is aimed at creating and opening a new social enterprise Center for Health and Beauty "Allur" and providing employment and realization of 32 persons from vulnerable groups for a period of 12 months. The establishment of a social enterprise aims at solving a basic social problem-providing sustainable support for the social inclusion of persons from vulnerable groups and creating conditions for their professional and personal integration in the sphere of social entrepreneurship and social economy. The project will be implemented for 18 months, enabling people from vulnerable groups to be actively involved in all project activities - participation in staff selection, motivation, social and psychological support, employment, promotion of social entrepreneurship ideas direct participation in activities to promote the social and solidarity economy. The project is aimed at realizing activities leading to solving of significant social problems in a decent way and to the professional, personal and social integration of the employees in a social enterprise, support and assistance of persons from vulnerable groups and development and successful functioning of the social enterprise, providing social protection and support. As a result of the implementation of the project, employment will be provided in the social enterprise of 32 persons from vulnerable groups including disabled persons and disadvantaged persons on the labor market - unemployed persons with lower competitiveness on the labor market. The project addresses intentions for initiatives in the context of the outlined objectives and priorities of OPHRD 2014-2020. Activities aim at providing equal opportunities and preventing any discrimination against vulnerable groups, opportunities for developing social entrepreneurship and developing the social and solidarity economy, providing quality and sustainable employment and access to it, reducing social exclusion and poverty .
