Creating a social enterprise for landscaping and public works in the Municipality Radomir

The project proposal applies an integrated approach to solving some of the problems of vulnerable groups defined in the municipality of Radomir. It envisages the creation of social enterprise for landscaping and public works, which will develop landscaping activities and development of the municipality of Radomir, which will consist of cleaning and maintenance of green areas, public parks, gardens, roadsides and street maps landscaping, decorative wood, shrub and herbaceous vegetation including park elements, playgrounds located in the town of Radomir. Contract of employment will be appointed 14 people from social risk groups and 5 staff on who will use the facilities municipal property after being repaired. To secure operation of the social enterprise will be purchased equipment, materials and supplies. It is envisaged that training for appointed representatives from the target groups. The start of operation of the social enterprise will support the process of integration into the labor market of people at risk. The investment project has a pronounced social effect against members of vulnerable groups, as it will promote the inclusion of human capital in the local economy and ensure improved quality of life. The activities of the social enterprise project tied to inclusion in active labor and social life through specialized forms of employment, enabling the creation of basic social and labor skills of individuals in the target group. This will help Radomir municipality to deal adequately with the needs of vulnerable and at risk, which will lead to optimizing the social costs of the municipality.
