Social Enterprise for Landscaping and Urban Development in Borino Municipality

Under this project a social enterprise for landscaping and public works will be established, with 32 persons from vulnerable groups in Borino Municipality and four administrative staff for a period of 12 months being employed on the labor contract. The project proposal envisages the realization of activities for psychological support, motivation, social and professional integration of persons from vulnerable groups in order to encourage their participation in the labor market and to create skills for successful work placement and / or adaptation to the working conditions in their inclusion in employment. Another main activity is organizing and conducting professional training for the improvement of the professional qualification or acquisition of a new "Landscaping Worker" profession and by the "Construction Assistant" profession, which is aimed at the social inclusion of the vulnerable groups by creating suitable conditions for their professional integration in the sphere of the social economy. During the implementation of the project an active activity will be carried out to promote the social economy and social entrepreneurship in accordance with the requirements of the OP HRD funding program.
