Social Enterprise "Communal Laundry and Home Services" in the Municipality of Kardzhali

The project proposal is aimed at the creation of a new Social Enterprise "Communal Laundry and Home Services" in the Municipality of Kardzhali for employment, support for social inclusion of vulnerable groups and professional integration within the social economy sector. Target groups of the project are: - People with disabilities; - People disadvantaged in the labor market and other socially excluded individuals; -Representatives of different communities,employed in social enterprises,cooperatives and specialized enterprises for people with disabilities; - People employed in institutions and organizations related to social entrepreneurship. The following activities will be implemented within the project: -Psychological support and motivation of individuals from vulnerable groups for their inclusion in employment. -Renovation, equipment and furnishing of Social Enterprise "Communal Laundry and Home Services". -Establishment and operation of the Social Enterprise "Communal Laundry and Home Services" in the municipality of Kardzhali. - Application, selection and recruitment of staff for the Social Enterprise "Communal Laundry and Home Services". -Support for employment for up to 12 months. -Social and professional integration of individuals from vulnerable groups in the social economy sector. -Demand and opportunities study for marketing of the services provided by the social enterprise in the municipality of Kardzhali. - Social marketing and promotion of the social economy and social entrepreneurship. The project implementation will enable employment, vocational integration and acquisition of occupational and professional skills of people with disabilities and members of vulnerable groups in the labor market, in order to overcome their social isolation, increase their quality of life, stimulate their competitiveness in the working environment, reduce poverty and the risk of social exclusion.
