Academy Dalgoletie ‘Social and Successful’ project’s main goal is the development of social entrepreneurship by providing jobs, which will be fulfilled by the achievement of the set specific objectives and expected project results: Objective 1- Provision of employment of people with disabilities and disadvantaged on the labor market. Result 1- Reduction in the number of inactive or unemployed, due to their inclusion in an employment. Objective 2 - Provision of flexible forms of employment for people with disabilities and mothers of children up to 5 years old. Result 2 - Creation of conditions for equal start and nondiscrimination of disadvantaged groups on the labor market. Objective 3 - Equipment of newly created jobs places. Result 3 - Increasing the capacity of the social enterprise. Objective 4 - Vocational education of disadvantaged people on the labor market. Result 4 - Contribution for the professional and social integration of disadvantaged people on the labor market. Objective 5 - Save of 50% of the newly created jobs places. Result 5 - Sustainable employment of disadvantaged people in the labor market. Objective 6 - Social marketing. Result 6 - Support for the development of other social enterprises and multiplying the project effect. Objective 7 - Promotion of the social entrepreneurship, the social economy and the social effects of Association activities. Result 7 - Contribution for the development of the social economy of the country. The project activities are: 1. Equipment of newly created jobs; 2. Employment up to 12 months; 3. Vocational Training; 4. Social marketing and promotion of the social economy and social entrepreneurship.
