Creating conditions for easier access to employment and providing opportunities for social and professional integration of people from vulnerable groups through employment of six persons from the target group in the social enterprise of "Dr. Mihail Iliev" Ltd.

This project proposal is intended to engage in employment six persons, representatives of the vulnerable group "young people up to age 29, including" to which to transfer knowledge, skills and know-how through the methods of learning in practice and identify and recommend specific action options for social and professional integration for the included in the employment persons from the target group. The project aims to provide opportunities to hire six new employees in the newly created by "Dr. Mihail Iliev" LTD social enterprise, thereby creating the conditions to meet the needs and problems of the target group. Besides recruitment, the project aims to equip new jobs' workplaces with specialized for the activities equipment and to provide advice on career guidance, skills development for business and specialty support in the learning process at the workplace. As a result of the implementation of this project proposal six employees will be hired on the following positions according to the classification of occupations, NCO - 2011: 22646006 - Fizioterapist / 32553002 - Masseur - 6 newly Within the project the following activities and measures will be implemented: 1. Selection and appointment of six employees from the target group 2. Purchase of specialized equipment related to creating new jobs 3. Hiring two consultants to implement activities in social and professional integration of persons from the target group 4. Activities and measures for organization, management, information and publicity of the project activities
