Creating the conditions for easier access to employment of persons from vulnerable groups, through creation of 25 new jobs in the social enterprise "BG PLAKAT" Ltd.

This project proposal is intended to create twenty-five jobs for the target group of this procedure - people of middle and advanced age (over 54 years), including retirees; people with certain physical challenges, diseases, disabilities; people with different social problems - grew up in orphanages, who have served custodial sentences, people struggling with addictions (alcohol, drugs), etc.; all others who for one reason or another can not be qualified to work full-time (single parents, etc.). It is envisaged that two of the newly appointed persons fall into the category of unemployed youths up to 29 years incl. The project aims to provide opportunities to hire 25 new employees in the newly created social enterprise of BG POSTER EOOD, thereby creating the conditions to meet the needs and problems of the target group. Besides recruitment, the project aims to equip new jobs with specialized for performance of work equipment. As a result of the implementation of this project proposal will be recruited 25 employees on these positions according to the classification of occupations, NCO - 2011: 96210001 - courier - 25 jobs Within the project will be implemented following activities and measures: 1. Selection and appointment of twenty-five employees for a period of 12 months 2. Purchase of specialized equipment related to creating new jobs 3. Conducting a social marketing campaign to promote the activities of the social enterprise. 4. Activities and measures in organization and management, information and publicity for the project activities
