Social enterprise in the field of photographic services

This project proposal aims at measures to facilitate the access to employment in the field of social and solidarity economy by creating a social enterprise providing employment in the field of photographic services. It involves the formation of a social enterprise within the structure of the company which will operate as a second photographic studio where 6 members of the target group will be employed. The selected positions do not require special education or vocational training and fully comply with the characteristics of the target group. The joint team of qualified professionals, from the candidate and its partner, who purposefully work with the newly appointed members of the target group will facilitate their transition to employment, promote individual skills and will work towards a balance in working life. The sustainability of the project results will be guaranteed not only by complying with the obligatory requirements, but also by creating a successful enterprise with a social cause, a positive financial result, which will be managed in an entrepreneurial and accountable manner will not depend entirely on external financing and has a clear perspective for development and achieving social goals. The planned office and work equipment is optimally co-related to the capacity and the necessary resources for maintaining, in accordance with the needs and demands of the 6 newly employed people, and facilitates their involvement and active participation in the work process as part of the team. Providing accurate, timely, appropriate and lawful management and reporting of the project activities is carried out through the process of project management. All project activities will be accompanied by measures for information and publicity which will emphasize on the communication of the support of the ESF granted to the applicant.
