Establishment of a Adapt Workshop and providing employment and social support to 32 persons from vulnerable groups

The project will carry out activities related to the establishment and functioning of a social enterprise, which will provide the opportunity for personal and professional realization, provided support and assistance to 32 persons from vulnerable groups, providing opportunities for development of their personal potential and social inclusion and integration.     Through the implementation of the project, access to employment will be ensured and support for the social inclusion of vulnerable groups through the creation of a social enterprise in the tailoring industry. The project has a duration of 18 months, with the employment of the persons for a period of 12 months and a subsequent commitment at least 50% of them continue their work in the established social enterprise.       The project will carry out activities related to the selection of target group representatives, the creation of a Support Center providing integrated services, the establishment and operation of Adapt Atelier and providing employment and social support for vulnerable groups, purchasing equipment, furniture and materials, developing and implementing a Marketing Strategy, in order to ensure the marketing of the output of the social enterprise.      The implementation of the project will impose a new successful economic model representing an alternative way of solving social and social problems and through which a number of social products will be realized - employment, flexibility, solidarity, social cohesion, personal and professional development of every person included in employment in the social enterprise. This is the opportunity to promote active social and labor integration of vulnerable groups by providing motivational, psychological and social support.        In the implementation of the project, all the main horizontal principles of HRD OP 2014-2020 will be respected, with individual approach and respect for the personality of each of the representatives of the target group
