Establishment and development of social enterprise to Association "Parallel world"

The project "Creation and development of social enterprise to the Association "Parallel World" is aimed at social inclusion, employment and social integration of young people with intellectual disabilities, and others disadvantaged in the labor market, as are their parents. Its main objective is to create access to employment and opportunity for social inclusion of people from vulnerable groups in the labor market incl. persons with intellectual disabilities. To realize this basic aim of this project is planned inclusion in employment, training and providing labor, social and psychological support for achieving the full integration and socialization and improve their quality of life. Based on this approach, the team of the Association "Parallel world" in partnership with "Let's fly together" will combine capacity and expertise to realize the following key project activities: Activity 1: Creation, equipment and training of social enterprise to the Association parallel world Activity 2: Conducting the recruitment and selection of persons with intellectual disabilities and unemployed persons for employment in social enterprise Activity 3: Psychological support and motivation of to people from the vulnerable groups for inclusion and employment Activity 4: Conduct training for key competence 6 "Social and civic competences" Activity 5: Employment of persons with intellectual disabilities and unemployed people in the social enterprise Activity 6: Social marketing and promotion activities for the social economy and social entrepreneurship Activity 7: Social and labor integration of persons from the target groups in the social enterprise As a result of the activities 10 persons with intellectual disabilities and 9 disadvantaged in the labor market will provide sustainable employment. The project implementation will be unique for Bulgaria model of social and labor integration of persons with intellectual disabilities.
