Sweet life

The project aims to provide solutions to the problems facing society, especially in combating poverty and social exclusion among vulnerable groups in the municipality of Pleven by turning professional integration in social enterprise. Specific objectives: 1) To estrablish a new social enterprise in the municipality of Pleven, providing employment for disadvantaged persons in the labor market and other socially excluded persons in confectionery; 2) To provide support for social inclusion through the creation of appropriate conditions for professional integration and employment of 6 persons disadvantaged in the labor market and other socially excluded persons from the region of Pleven Municipality. Goals will be achieved through the following activities: 1. Equipment of newly created jobs 2. Support for employment for a period of 8 months 4. Social and professional integration of members of vulnerable groups in the social economy sector. With so target strategy work we expect the creation of new social enterprise in the field of construction, which will provide jobs for representatives of vulnerable groups unless guaranteed employment will acquire the necessary professional knowledge and skills through job training, psychological support and motivation , so the selected set of measures will allow participants to overcome negative social factors they are exposed and be able to independently develop their professional time - whether as employees of the social enterprise project or the open labor market.
