Establishment of a new social enterprise to reduce poverty and promote social inclusion.

The implementation of the project aims to broaden the set of measures aimed at facilitating access to employment and to provide support for the social inclusion of vulnerable groups and the provision of equal opportunities for their full participation in the economic and social life of society. The project envisages the creation of a new social enterprise, the opening of six new jobs for over 50s and purchasing equipment. The main activities of the project are: 1. Social and professional integration of representatives of vulnerable groups in the social economy sector; 2. Equipping newly created jobs; 3. Support for employment in the social enterprise for a period of 8 months; 4.Expecting the demand and the opportunities for marketing of manufactured goods and services The objectives of the project contribute to the implementation of the HRD OP 2014-2020, two of the objectives of the Union's strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth and for achieving economic, social and territorial cohesion "Europe 2020", namely: 1. Higher and better quality employment 2. Reducing poverty and promoting social inclusion. The successful realization of the project will have a significant positive impact on the current situation and problems of the representatives of the target groups. As a result of the implementation of the project, sustainable opportunities for intellectual and personal development of the employees will be created, increased competitiveness on the labor market and hence the achievement of one of the objectives of the social enterprise - the reintegration of persons from the vulnerable groups.
