Opportunities for professional and social integration NMN-2016 EOOD

NRM-2016 EOOD started business in 2016, with the primary aim of providing sports and recreational services. In order to meet the increased needs of society in this field, the company's management plans to set up a new social enterprise - Children's Center and Entertainment Center for recreational and entertaining courses in Sofia, where the peaceful and secure stay of the young visitors will be occupied by various educational, sports and art events. The support of employers under the procedure BG05M9OP001-2.010 "Development of social entrepreneurship" to create new and expand the activities of already existing enterprises engaged with social economy shall contribute to this end. The project proposal of the applicant, aimed at creating a successful social enterprise and conditions for professional integration of unemployed and inactive persons of low competitiveness on the labour market in the social economy field includes the activities: 1. Project organization and management. 2. Provide employment for 12 persons belonging to groups with competitiveness on the labor market - unemployed and / or inactive young people up to 29 years and unemployed and / or inactive persons over 54 years of age for a period of 12 months. 2. Provide the individuals in the target group vocational training directly related to the working places, being conducted in accordance with the requirements of VETA. 3. Providing training in key competence No. 2: "Communication in foreign languages” (English), according to the European Qualifications Framework for the 12 members of the target group. 4. Secure equipment for the newly opened jobs by purchasing furniture, fixtures and fittings and consumables required for the activity.. 5. Professional and social integration of the targeted individuals through consultations and sharing the experience, knowledge and skills of qualified experts. 6. Information and communications measures.
