Support for creation of new working positions in the social economy

„S G Engineering“ EOOD intends to establish a new sustainable social enterprise through realization of the project „Support for creation of new working positions in the social economy“. The newly created enterprise will produce metal goods for the home and the garden – shelfs, cabinets, sinks, fence elements and other similar goods. The enterprise will create employment for 9 months for 32 persons from the target group: unemployed persons over 54 years of age and disadvantaged in the labor market people and other socially excluded persons. The project envisages the execution of the following activities: - Psychological support and motivation of persons from the target group for inclusion in employment; - Social and professional integration of representatives of the weak groups in the sector of social economy; - Provision of training for increase of the management and business skills for increase of the effectiveness of the management of the social enterprise; - Equipment for the newly created working positions; - Support for creation of employment for a period of 9 months for 32 persons.
