Create a new social enterprise Arterem Ltd.

Arterem Ltd. will create a social enterprise in the structure of your organization by means of present procedure, which will begin to function as such by this project proposal. Arterem will provide services that generate social return, namely to improve the quality of life of vulnerable groups. The project proposal of Arterem Ltd. is a set of activities and measures through which be achieved the planned project objectives: - facilitating access to employment - to provide support for social inclusion of vulnerable groups through the creation of appropriate conditions for their professional integration in the social economy General and specific objectives of the project will be achieved through implementation of activities: Activity 1 - Provide professional training of persons who are provided with employment in Arterem Ltd. directly related to the employment and in compliance with the Law on Vocational Education and Training Activity 2 - Providing 2 pcs. Mentors from the employer for newly recruited persons. Action 3- Ensuring employment for a period of 12 months of trained persons from the target group Action 4 - Exploring of demand and opportunities for marketing of services provided Activity 5 - Social marketing and promotion of the social economy and social entrepreneurship The expected results of the implementation of activities will contribute to the planned project indicators: - Inactive and unemployed participants in employment after completion of the operation - 12 pcs. - Inactive or unemployed participants - 12 pcs.
