Support for employment for 12 months in newly created social enterprise of the Association "Caritas Sofia", equipment and adaptation of working places for members of vulnerable groups, psychological support and motivation, social and professional integration and social marketing and promotion of the social economy

With this project proposal Association "Caritas Sofia" plans to create a new social enterprise and establish and equip 21 new working places for representatives of the eligible target groups – people with disabilities and disadvantaged in the labor market and other socially excluded persons. The aim of the project is 21 new employees to be full-day recruited for a period of 12 months – disabled (5 people) and disadvantaged in the labor market and other socially excluded persons (16 people), which will be involved in the manufacturing and sales of products and the sanitation of the workplace. The enterprise provides psychological, social and technical assistance aimed at the improvement of the motivation, integration, and performance of the employees from the target groups. Further, market research and a social marketing campaign will be implemented, in order to achieve the greater social impact of the project and better market sales of the production, profits from which will be reinvested for the benefit of the persons from the vulnerable groups. As a result of the project there will be created sustainable jobs the people of the target groups, as follows - Shop vendor (1 job), Decorator ceramics (8 jobs), Decorator textile (8 jobs), Tailor (3 jobs) and Hygienist (1 job). Within the project the following activities will be implemented: 1. Support for employment for up to 12 months 2. Psychological support and motivation, social and professional integration of persons from vulnerable groups for inclusion in employment 3. Equipment of newly creates working places, their adaptation for people with disabilities and renovations in connection with the activities of the social enterprise 4. Social marketing and promotion of the social economy and social entrepreneurship
