Social Entrepreneurship - a Model for Corporate Solidarity with a Lasting Labor Effect on Socially Vulnerable Groups

The creation of a new kind of social enterprise will lay the foundations for an emblematic symbol for the development of solidarity and professional integration by providing an approach that combines purposeful learning, full employment and self-realization. The project proposal will involve at least 6 representatives of vulnerable groups of individuals who are confined to their professional orientation and personal development in the development of a social enterprise - Beauty Studio - in training and support in one year's employment. For the selected persons - unemployed up to 29 years or unemployed persons over 54 years will be organized training in personality services by profession "Cosmetician", then will be provided suitable conditions for active employment with mentor support. They will equip, furnish and organizationally prepare shift work places in a suitable room for the development of beauty services in Targovishte. It will help to create a favorable working environment with sufficient and up-to-date equipment, materials and consumables, tools for work, tools for setting up a suitable social enterprise for cosmetic therapies and procedures in a low-activity region. Beauticians appointed on a labor contract will form a working team to develop the activity by being assisted by a committed team - manager and economist, providing them with permanent working conditions, training them and introducing them in the field of cosmetic services, seeking partnerships and realizing social causes. At least half of the persons included in employment will continue their employment contract after the end of the project. The sustainability of the social enterprise will be promoted through effective promotional activities, and a formed organization and management team will follow progress at each stage. Adequate publicity will be organized with visualization tools to reflect the EU and ESF contributions to the project idea.
