Creating a social enterprise "Aksiopea creative"

Part of EU policy to tackle the social exclusion of disadvantaged people in the labor market is aimed at promoting the social economy as a new model of social responsibility of employers and opportunities for sustainable development and inclusive growth. Through the implementation of this project "Aksiopea Consult" Ltd. will create conditions for a successful start of a new business which will be entirely tied to the specifics of social entrepreneurship and social economy. The project proposal will provide an opportunity for inclusion in the employment of members of vulnerable groups in the labor market in employment through a range of measures and support tools, thus will complement the effects of various measures and initiatives in this market, aimed at tackling unemployment comprising a specific group of unemployed in pre-retirement age above 54 years. The main objective of the project proposal is to provide support for social inclusion through access to employment of vulnerable groups in the labor market and creating favorable conditions for their employment and professional integration. In connection with the achievement of this goal will be set up and effectively functioning social enterprise "Aksiopea creative" as part of the overall strategy for further development of the company in the direction of social entrepreneurship. Target group will be unemployed over the '54 age who are disadvantaged in the labor market at risk of social exclusion and at risk of poverty. The main activities related to achieving project objectives are: establishment and operation of social enterprise "Aksiopea creative"; Providing employment, social and professional integration of six unemployed; Training of employees on key competencies; The material and technical equipment of new jobs and more.
