BULRAN - SOCIAL ENTERPRISE

"BULRAN" Ltd. is a company which carries out social work without being formally defined as such. It works with vulnerable groups by investing its own time and resources in training personnel and their professional growth. The project will achieve an increase in the number of employees in the social enterprises but after receiving support. The project aims for achieving effective results of the work in three main areas: 1. Giving employment of individuals from target groups in an area that does not require special training; 2. Building work habits and skills for teamwork in the people from the target groups, helping them to overcome difficulties and become assistance in their professional realization; 3. Building sustainable working and material environment to enable the continuation of social activities after project completion. With this project "BULRAN" Ltd. will achieve: 1. Support generated towards people with disadvantages in the labor market – unemployed under 29 and over 54 years of age. Namely: * Social integration, incl. active participation in public life; * Individual approach- integration will be customized to meet the specific needs and will ensure basic human rights; * Transparency of policies and procedures; * Enhancing the skills and professional qualities; * Will encourage taking responsibility. 2. Establish a sustainable social enterprise / SP / through: * Gathering of a strong team. * Develop analyzes for market opportunities and niches. * Social marketing and promotion of the social economy and social entrepreneurship. * Building a product with added value and ensure the sustainable development of SP. * Achieve financial stability by qualified staff and trained people from the target group. * Sustainable development of the social enterprise and creating a good foundation for upgrading and continuing activities.
