Creating a social enterprise for catering services “Party Club”

Candidate: "Dom na ideyata" Association; Partner: „Institute for social management”; General objective of the project: Encouraging the access to employment and supporting the professional integration of vulnerable groups in the field of the social economy in the town of Ruse; Specific objectives: 1. Starting up a social enterprise for catering services “Party club”; 2. Including 33 beneficiaries from vulnerable groups on the labour market in employment - in management and in the activities of the social enterprise, created within the project; 3. Exploring the opportunities and strategic marketing planning of the services offered by the social enterprise, created within the project. Target groups: 1) People with disabilities in working age, 2) People with disadvantages on the labor market and other socially excluded people according to the Guidelines for applicants. Beneficiaries: 33 unemployed persons from the target groups. Main activities aimed at achieving the project objectives: Setting up the legal framework and the material environment for the functioning of the social enterprise; Increasing the employability of the beneficiaries by supporting their labour integration, providing 12-month employment and workplace learning; Market research and social marketing for determining the future direction of the development of the social enterprise. Indicators for implementation: 33 participants from the target groups, included in employment within the project; Indicators for result: 17 participants in employment after the end of the operation.
