Step by step on our way to improvement of social entrepreneurship in Syndicate "Black Sea Tourism"

The project proposal aimed at facilitating access to employment and support for social inclusion of vulnerable groups through the creation of appropriate conditions for their professional integration in the social economy, including reduction of poverty and promotion of social entrepreneurship and vocational integration in the social enterprises and the social and solidarity economy in order to facilitate access to employment, increase the number of people employed in social enterprises. The purpose of this proposal is the creation and development of social enterprise through the following activities: A1 Psychological assistance and motivation of people from vulnerable groups and employment including; A2: Social and professional integration of members of vulnerable groups in the social economy sector; A3: support with equipment. A4 Support for employment for a period of up to 12 months; A5 Social marketing and promotion of the social economy and social entrepreneurship. The execution of the project of Syndicate “Black Sea Tourism” is based on the objectives of the OP” Development of Human Resources” and the strategy “Europe 2020” and aimed at reaching planned and intended results, namely increase the number of employees in a social enterprises, providing support for social inclusion and professional integration of vulnerable groups through creation of suitable conditions for professional integration in the sphere of social economy.
