Ensuring employment at a new social enterprise at Stratos Foundation

The project ,Ensuring employment at a new social enterprise at Stratos Foundation, envisages the establishment of a new sustainable social enterprise in the structure of Stratos Foundation. The main activity of the enterprise will be trade and sales of fruits and vegetables, milk, milk products and meat products produced by the local population of the municipalities of Bansko, Razlog, Belitsa and Iakoruda. Will be created employment for a period of ten months for twenty persons from the following target groups: unemployed youths up to twenty nine years old, long-time unemployed people for a period longer that twelve months, and unemployed people older than fifty four years. The activities of the project include: - Identification of persons from the weak groups from the target region and psychological assistance and motivation for inclusion in the labor force of twenty five persons. - Social and professional integration for the representatives of the weak groups in the sector of social economy. - Provision of professional training for the profession of Seller-consultant. - Provision of training for increase of the management and business skills for the increase of efficiency of the management of the social enterprise. - Provision of training for key competence four, Digital competence. - Furnishing of the newly established working places. - Support for creation of employment for a period of ten months for twenty persons. - Research on the demand and the possibilities for market realization of the traded goods. - Social marketing and popularization of the social economy and the social entrepreneurship.
