"A plase for integration and professional training".

The social entrepreneurship is an innovative way to achieve a better quality of life for members of vulnerable groups. The overall objective of the project is a professional integration of 10 women from vulnerable groups, through the creation of sustainable employment in the new social enterprise. The specific objectives are: 1. To create a new social enterprise that provides sustainable employment for 12 women of all vulnerable groups- with disabilities and have disadvantage in the labour market. 2. To promote social inclusion and adaptation to the environment of individuals from the target group, through psychological support and motivation. 3. To stimulate the social and professional integration of 12 women from the target group. 4. To create conditions for 12 women of all vulnerable groups to develop their professional knowledge, skills and abilities through vocational training and training on key competences. 5. To provide sustainable employment for 12 months and for at least another 6 months after its completion. 6. To ensure economic efficiency and sustainable development of the social enterprise. The main activities are: -Selection, psychological support and motivation for 12 women from the target groups for inclusion in the employment -Social and professional integration of 12 women from the target groups in the sector of social economy -Vocational training, directly linked to the workplace -Training on some key competences, in accordance with the European qualifications framework, key competence 6 “Public and civic competences” -Equipment for the newly created jobs -Employment of a mentor from the employer for the newly employed persons -Support for employment for a period of up to 12 months -A study for the demands and opportunities for marketing realization of the provided services -Social marketing and promotion of the social economy and the social entrepreneurship.
